Training to Boost Graduate’s Skills In Client Service

Exciting day! As part of our Graduate Pathway Initiative, all our new graduates in Lae Branch attended a focused Client Service workshop. The training was led by Sony McWilliams, our external Trainer, aiming to help improve & boost their level of client communication proficiency. This workshop which is in its 8^th year is structured to show how best to serve and connect with clients. All our Graduates demonstrated that they are hungry to learn and gain real workplace skills. A very special thank you to McWilliam’s Training Consultancy for another enthusiastic delivery. Great to see the passion!
