Benjo Esguerra

I have over 14 years of experience in the Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry, with strong expertise in both air and sea freight operations.

I started my career in Manila, Philippines, where I spent 9 years handling airfreight operations. During that time, I developed solid experience in customs clearance, cargo coordination, and managing time-sensitive international shipments.

In 2020, I joined Express Freight Management (EFM) in Papua New Guinea. I began as the Customs Brokerage Manager and advanced to my current role as Sea Freight Forwarding Manager in 2022. Over the past 5 years, I’ve managed sea freight operations, led teams, and improved processes to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration, which has provided me with a strong foundation in customs laws, trade compliance, and logistics management.

I’m a firm believer in the power of teamwork and live by the mantra, “Together we stand, divided we fall.” This principle guides my approach to leadership and collaboration, ensuring that our team thrives in achieving our goals.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with family and friends. I have a passion for cooking and singing, which has been a significant part of my life since my school days in the Philippines.
