Benjo Esguerra

I’m the Sea Freight Forwarding Manager based in Port Moresby. I’ve been with EFM since 2020, starting as the Customs Brokerage Manager and advancing to my current role in 2022. My journey with EFM has been both fulfilling and exciting, and my commitment to excellence has played a key role in maintaining our strong reputation and enhancing our processes.

I’m a firm believer in the power of teamwork and live by the mantra, “Together we stand, divided we fall.” This principle guides my approach to leadership and collaboration, ensuring that our team thrives in achieving our goals.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with family and friends. I have a passion for cooking and singing, which has been a significant part of my life since my school days in the Philippines.

I look forward to continuing to contribute to EFM’s success and to sharing my enthusiasm for both professional and personal pursuits.
