Behavioral Safety Training for Safety Reps

Lae safety representatives of EFM staff were happy to receive their certificates after attending Behavioral Based Safety Awareness Training earlier this month. The purpose of this training is to provide participants with the basic understanding on how human attitude through their behavior (positive/negative) can prevent or cause workplace accidents/ incidents. We would also like to extend our thank you to PNG Safety Assurance Systems (PNGSAS) Trainer and Assessor Mr. Walter Peruan Danie for the course outline and delivery.
